Events Calendar Submission Policy

Events are reviewed and approved by the Office of Communications before appearing on the ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Events Calendar.

All approved events that appear on the ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Events Calendar are publicly visible.

Only events sponsored by ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ will be approved. These include:

  • ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ events
  • Faculty events and lectures
  • Student-sponsored events
  • Staff events
  • On-campus 5C events
  • 5C intercollegiate events

Events that will not be approved include:

  • Events on campus not sponsored by ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ such as outside conferences and meetings
  • Personal events
  • Events with incomplete details

If the venue or organizer you need does not appear on the list of choices, or if you have any questions or corrections, please contact prweb@pitzer.edu.
